How We Work

A methodology built on what we actually observe

Our audit process is structured, not improvised. Each phase builds on the previous one, and every finding is grounded in documented evidence from your organization.

Our Methodology

How each engagement unfolds

We follow a consistent sequence across every engagement. This structure ensures we gather what we need, analyze it correctly, and deliver findings that are actually actionable.

Scope Definition and Kick-off

Before any observation begins, we meet with your leadership team to define exactly which areas, processes, and information flows will be included in the audit. This conversation also helps us understand the specific problems you are experiencing and what outcomes you are looking for. The scope document we produce at this stage guides everything that follows.

Structured Observation and Interviews

This is the core of the audit. We conduct structured interviews with team members across the departments included in scope. We also review actual documentation: approval records, communication logs, project files, and any existing process documentation. We observe how work actually moves between areas, not how it is supposed to move on paper.

Analysis and Pattern Identification

After observation, we analyze what we gathered. We map the actual information flows we documented and compare them against what an efficient process would look like. Bottlenecks, duplication patterns, and communication gaps become visible at this stage. We prioritize findings by the impact they have on project operations.

Report Writing and Delivery

We produce a comprehensive written audit report. The report documents the current state of each process reviewed, identifies specific problems with their root causes, and presents a prioritized set of recommendations. Each recommendation includes practical guidance on how to implement it within your organization's existing structure.

Our Standards

What we hold ourselves to in every engagement

These standards apply consistently regardless of the size of the organization or the complexity of the project.

Evidence-Only Findings

Every finding in our reports is linked to specific observed evidence. No assumptions, no generalizations.

Agreed Timelines

We commit to a timeline before the engagement begins and we communicate proactively if anything changes.

Clear Communication

Our reports are written in plain language. Technical jargon is avoided so findings are accessible to all stakeholders.

Respectful Process

We conduct interviews and observations with respect for your team's time and operational demands.
